The United Kingdom was Vi's first country launch outside of North America. It was critical that we create localized content that drove the same emotional inspiration that had grown the business success in the US. To accomplish this, I had to gather interviews from all regions of the UK, work with the local teams, have an understanding of legal restrictions, know product offerings and core marketing, develop local production resources and more. The model created here was going to be the backbone for future country roll-outs.

The team successfully built over 100 localized segments in less then a year. Understanding culturally specific needs and creating video content to address them helped drive Vi's launch success in the UK. A few examples are included here.
